SAP Business One Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales Consultants to ensure the effective transition of projects from the sales cycle to the delivery of all software and services.
- Perform business assessment walkthroughs virtually or on-site at customer facilities.
- Recommend process improvements and automation utilizing the strengths of our experience and software offerings.
- Write up assessment findings in the form of a blueprint for success.
- Work directly with a project coordinator to develop, manage, and update a project plan identifying the detail necessary to effectively communicate project objectives, tailored application specifications, and training along with the due dates and resources required to achieve project success.
- Facilitate and participate in project status meetings.
- Work directly with customers and internal technical resources to write up specifications and documentation for tailored software applications.
- Provide training on out-of-the-box and tailored software applications to end-users.
- Manage all time tracking and billing requirements for assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to customers and coworkers.
Knowledge
- Experience with SAP Business One implementations in manufacturing and distribution environments is an absolute must-have for this position.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of three years of implementation experience working with SAP Business One.
- Strong listening, written, and verbal skills in the English language are required.
- Ability/willingness to travel a few days a week for two or three weeks per month.
