Based in Wisconsin, Randy brings a wealth of experience as a consultant and support resource having worked with Macola and Microsoft SQL for over 15 years. “Randy’s experience is making an immediate impact on our team as he has already handled nearly 30 support calls for 20 customers in his first six weeks on the team,” noted Don Beer, WiSys Manager of Support.
WiSys is committed to continually improving our customer support through quicker response times, issue resolution, improved written documentation on a variety of topics and the addition of new video documentation.
